  Only if there was an option for a negative stars. Poor service, literally cold food, overpriced for the kind of service provided.

  I've been eating at this place for many years. The food has always been good, and everyone working there very kind. There's been some inconsistencies with the recipes, which happens and isn't usually a big deal, and the menu's been changed recently with some good dishes removed and uninteresting ones addd. Something has happened to the chicken tikka masala, and what they served us last night was just awful. It was so sweet that it seemed to be full of maple syrup. My daughter was starving, and loves this dish, but just couldn't eat it. We didn't even bring the leftovers, which is sacrilege for us. The service was as bad as the chicken. Our server took the order, then disappeared for the remainder of our meal. Literally absent from the dining room with 4 tables eating. Everyone was having to ask the non-server guy for what they needed. This guy seated us, brought the food, and brought our check. He did all of the work. So I gave him the tip. I own a restaurant, and understand that we're not machines, and problems can hit you at work that cause your performance to suffer. I'm very sympathetic to that, but this service was incompetent to the point that I didn't leave the "server" a tip, for the second time ever, and I eat out a lot. Another sacrilege resulting from this completely disappointing dinner.

  This restaurant is ridiculously good. They have a huge variety of vegan options. Their buffet is fantastic; I loved everything I tried there.

  Deeply upset. I ordered the kuchumbar side salad and recieved almost entirely chopped carrots. I was hoping for cucumber, the image is mostly cucumber, the description lists cucumber first, and there was not any cucumber in the whole of what I received. My husband is very happy with the pakora, as usual. We've never had an experience like this with bombay.

  After an hour and a half DoorDash still had not picked up my order for delivery. I called the restaurant and although they tried to contact DoorDash they were unsuccessful. The restaurant staff had delivered my food readily and without complaint. Not only is the food the best in Anchorage, but their service is unbeat. I always eat at this restaurant every time I'm in town, and service like this just makes me want to keep coming back.
