I ordered a cake online a month ago showed up at my time to pick up the cake. waited in line directly infront of the register. Im literally the first person in line mean while they continue to serve people behind me and allow them to cut me in line. Two people in line said something about me being first and they still looked at me directly every time they served the people behind. What was supposed to be a quick 2 mins to pick up ended up with me waiting with my son being blatantly ignored. Its flat out disrespectful and you guys need to work on your online order pick up system. Not everybody is there to pick up ice cream cones from the case. I only gave this place 2 stars because the cake was good, service was trash.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
