You need to get your night shifters a good check and talk. The young boy took care of everything while the other three was doing whatever they wanted and not helping the young boy. One on their phone as if there aren't orders in or vehicles at the drive thru the other two in the back doing who knows what. The young boy got ready the orders and meals along with the ticket. And I said why aren't the others helping you with getting the order or food ready, here you are doing everything by yourself and not any of them helping you like there aren't orders coming in. He said it was fine and okay and I said no that isn't they should be helping you get the orders ready and not have you do it all. He again said its fine and offered a free drink. I told him that I feel for him and that they should help and prepare the orders instead of doing nothing like there aren't orders to get ready. And told him that I would put in a word for him. That young boy deserves a raise and promoted to a manager or something. He sure deserves it for keeping it cool and not losing it. Take care of that boy if you want to keep your night shift going smoothly otherwise have the 3 that aren't taking orders or getting them ready.

HEALTH WARNING: This place has employees that vape in the kitchen under Antonio’s supervision, who is entirely cool with it.
Gross!!!
Check your bag after every attempt to use the drive-thru, this place almost never gets it right and will either forget sauces/napkins or large orders entirely then make refunds as painfully slow and unfavorable to the customer as possible.
I never got my large tenders going through the drive-thru and ended up getting an extra soda I wanted removed from the order after ordering a sandwich meal that was put under the tenders instead because tenders can’t come as a side.
(I ordered a meal so I wouldn’t have to pay extra for a drink when my fries and drink wasn’t put in the order as a meal when I first drove through.)
So after the tenders were not included, I returned to get the refund for the combo meal and had given back the extra soda from the individual purchase.
Realizing the drink I had been asked to give back was considered the priority refund from the meal and NOT the individual purchase, which is more expensive, I took ANOTHER trip through the drive-thru to at least get some kind of partial/full refund for the individual soda payment, but Antonio (why, man?) fought tooth and nail to keep my $4 as though I was in the wrong after had been given terrible service and nothing, not even a free drink after messing up an order that made my food get cold, to make up for it.
*****That’s not getting my moneys worth. That’s letting bad service slide.*****
Cashiers here don’t respect any good faith and be as stingy as possible to hold onto your money no matter how trivial the refund or trainwrecks of service.
Whether this is to appease corporate or stay willfully ignorant to stall out the process so they don’t have to do anything could be among one of the next world’s 7 mysteries.
The food is ok at best, so if you ever get the itch to be served by actual downies that’ll bumble around with your money a while before you can even eat your freshly vaped-on lukewarm food (the fries here ALWAYS suck, I’d personally substitute it with jalepeno poppers instead as a consolation prize for ordering at Arby’s), this is the place to go.
P.S
Even the sign outside the restaurant just says, “NO”.
It must be the company motto at this point.

Good food, had to make a few corrections and ensure all food was given more than once, but overall good meal, good food, fairly fast service.

I placed an online order before a 10 minute drive to the store. When I got there I could see I was #3 in the que for assembling my meals. The young cook was taking about 5 minutes the assemble EACH sandwich, carry fully. The rest of the staff was just waiting for his slow pace. The manager appeared to be on his break and once returned started to help the young cook assemble sandwiches. By the time my order was completed, the curly fries were cold. Someone needs to explain that fast food should take less time than a sit down restaurant.
