  I met my best friends here. I met my future wife here but she doesn’t know it yet. She knows who she is. Friendly staff always willing to help. The manager Danny is absolutely the greatest with a glorious beard. You have to ask them to put on baseball for some reason. It’s America’s past time but a quick ask and they will change it from basketball for you. Pro tip: talk to the guys at the bar for all the tricks and hacks the staff don’t want you to know about. Buy them a beer usually helps to get them to open up about the hidden hacks.

  Great food and drinks courtesy of Gwen. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere, even when my date took off my shoe and tickled my foot. I did appreciate the staff being super understanding with my constant yelling at the sports game. Spacious restrooms 10/10

  The sirloin and GPT Fries were delicious and brought out very quickly. Gwen took good care of us and ensured our glasses stayed full. The manager(?) Laura came by and checked in on us and she was very friendly as well. Super professional staff and great experience

  I love Dave and Buster's but this location left me completely underwhelmed. This was my third location I've been to in the last 10 days and completely missed the mark for me. My primary issue was that "their systems were down" this translated to more stressed staff, and significantly longer waits for myself and those I was dining with and in the end were always waiting... a lot, for drinks or food. Next was that the quality of food didn't meet the level of quality I received at the other locations in Maryland or Virginia I dined at last week. The wings here were larger but were not crispy and lacked the flavor I've come to expect. I'll certainly come back, because even when not perfect this is still a great place, I'm a bit of a child when I comes to arcades but it won't be with the same level of excitement I hold for other Dave and buster locations.

  I'm so disappointed in D & B. My party waited on a table for 8 for almost an hour, all to find out that they never added me to the list. Then, a gal saw my friend waiting and asked if he needed help, and he mentioned that we had been waiting on a table for a very long time. She grabbed us a table, and then we waited another 35 mins just for drinks. Never mind you, every IPA my friend asked for, they were out after leaving, and then coming back after 15 mins to say they're out of that IPA as well. 3 times we went through this. I've been here since the opening of this place, and I'm so disappointed now, that this will be the last time I come. For a really small town like Anchorage, you really can't be burning your large parties like this. We'll go to Chili's next Friday.
