  Waited for 20 minutes for 2 mini blizzards. I don’t blame the teenage employees, clearly the management is horrible.

  Poor service and slow. Ordered using app. Waited in congested carline for a very long. One of the blizzards was completely incorrect. Worker struggled to put lids on the blizzards by using an inappropriate lid. She even bent one spoon while trying to make the wrong lid fit.

  Usually love eating here for lunch... Whoever is working on this day we, March 25th around 3:30...... Horrible... 2 cars in the drive thru both of us sat in the drive thru for a good 8min each(not a problem) but my food was cold when I received it... Lady on the mic had a horrible attitude..

  I’m actually so frustrated right now. We sat in line for 30 minutes just to get to the speaker at 8:58, and instead of taking our order, the employee tells us to “wait one second.” Fine. We wait. And wait. Then at 9:01, after we’ve already been sitting there forever and were literally next in line before closing, they come back just to say they’re no longer taking orders. That’s honestly ridiculous. If you’re going to stop taking orders at 9:00, then don’t leave people sitting in line for half an hour just to turn them away at the last second. It’s a complete waste of time and super inconsiderate. At the very least, they could have told us earlier instead of making us wait just to be denied.   Waited at the drive thru for over 7 mins and no one took order, thought maybe order station didnt work so drove up to pickup window and waited behind a vehicle at the window and they finally got their cone after about 5 more minutes. Looks like the employee didnt accept payment and waved him through (probably due to the extremely long wait time). Decided to go to inside lobby to order, the outside trash can was overflowing and the windows were dirty. The atrium had very wet floors from the ice and snow and the rug was soaked through. The inside lobby was dirty, trash on the floor and smelled like old grease. Three people working and they were moving slow. No urgency to help people at the register, apparent that the focus was on online orders rather than person ordering at counter.. Waited at the register for about 4 or 5 mins and left. The Tudor location has really gone downhill, will not be visiting that store again. Would rate zero stars.
