  Gentlemen, who took our order was decently respectful, they were out of Roast Beef. Which was disappointing out of chicken as well. So there wasn't much to pick from. If I order a large fry I expect a large portion not half of a fry box filled and I expect them to be hot not room temperature cold and For the potato cake, so not being room temperature, either.Especially if i'm spending like thirty seven forty dollars on something in this economy, I would definitely appreciate someone reaching out to me.In regards to this, because this is like the third time i've come through your drive through now.And i've been disappointed each time, not sure if I'll be back

  One of the people in the kitchen was screaming and swearing, and the person who took my order did not give me my cup for my drink. Overall, staff that I spoke to was friendly but the staff member/members who were screaming and swearing made the atmosphere feel hostile. Disappointing to hear and see that behavior from one of my favorite places to get food.

  Ordered online around 1 pm and picked up 10 min later. The order was ready, but nothing was fresh. The roast beef was cold and they didn’t make 2 of my sandwiches correctly.
