    Husband had ordered a birthday cake from there, he asked to have a picture put on, the lady said ok, and even took the picture. Two days later, no picture and this is what they gave him. It’s sad. Especially when you pay a lot for these cakes. Taste and all was good but as for what he was looking for, defiantly not it and this had happened a year before. Needless to say, not a great experience to order cakes from.

    We ordered a customized cake from DQ Whitecourt and it turned out amazing! The design was perfect, the taste was excellent, and everyone absolutely loved it. Great job and thank you for the wonderful service! 🎂👏

    Spent $38 here but was refused an extra dipping sauce for our chicken fingers because " they cost too much money". Should have gone to McDonalds...

    Will NOT consider returning to this location in the future. Stopped at this location on the way home from Grande Prairie. Slow service. The fries that I got were partially newly cooked fries mixed with old stale fries that were greasy from the staff trying to warm them up by putting them in the fryer again. Utterly gross. Burger was microwaved to the point you couldn't pick up the sandwich.
