I am a frequent Subway customer and regularly order bowls, so I am very familiar with standard portion sizes. During this visit, the amount of vegetables added to my bowl was far below what is normally provided. Initially, the staff member added only about three slices of tomato and three slices of cucumber, leaving the bowl nearly empty. When I asked about the portion size, I was told that this was “how it is,” but that I could ask for more. Even after requesting additional vegetables, the bowl was still noticeably underfilled compared to the standard portions I receive at other Subway locations. I have attached photos for reference. Paying $9 for a bowl that looked almost empty was extremely disappointing. This experience reflects poor value for money and inconsistent standards, especially for loyal customers who know what to expect from the brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that portion standards and staff training can be reviewed to ensure a consistent customer experience going forward. Thank you for your time.

I couldn't even unwrap my sub without getting sauce everywhere as it was on the outside of the wrap. I would recommend going to the other Subway in town. They at least have normal sized bread
