When I lightly knocked on the window to get an update, a team member (name sounded like Vshav or Bisam) came outside and spoke to me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. I felt harassed and threatened by his behavior. I have a medical history of anxiety and take prescribed medication, and this incident triggered a panic attack despite that. This was an extremely distressing and unprofessional experience. Delivery drivers and customers deserve to be treated with respect, even during delays.
