  The staff have always been amazing and courteous, but today they were reusing the white prep paper between different customer's sandwiches - once the sub was moved into the wrapping paper the white prep paper was brought back to a pile at the beginning to await the next customers. There was streaks of sauce and large crumbs on the paper my sub was put onto. I was horrified, but didn't want to create a scene. This was not just my daughter and my subs - the papers for at least the three customers before us went back into the pile that ours came from. Again, the people there have always been amazing to us. But this is beyond gross.

  They handle the food and touch cash/ cash register without changing out their gloves. Seen this on multiple occasions

  He's doing Cost cutting with meat and sauce quantity even though at premium prices. The meat in my sub was playing hide and seek , the meat hide and I lost, also as a customer.

  I loved this location. The staff was kind and courteous! I even forgot my pop and one of the staff members came out and chased after me telling me I forgot!. I got a 12in turkey and bacon and it was amazing. I also tried their new potato rings and they were soooooo good!
