Just a depressing place with zero customer service.
Placed an order on the app, came in and waited, went to check on the status of my order at the front counter and caught the attention of several employees, none of whom thought to actually come and talk to me.
Sadly it's not just this location, I've always liked KFC for an inexpensive, tasty option but the poor level of service that it has fallen to is just not worth it anymore.
Also, I ordered a $4.49 combo on the app, and they force you to take a $1.00 "custom upgrade" for a can of pop so really, it's $5.49. I know I'm being very frugal here but that's kinda false advertising
Went to the drive thru, spent over $50, they forgot to charge me for gravy, and didnt ask what kind of dips we wanted for the boneless bucket! We will be going to Popeyes from now on... KFC customer service sure has nose dived. Very sad!

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. I ordered onion rings, and they were not even served in their original box. Instead, they were just thrown into a paper bag, which made them messy and unappealing.
On top of that, no napkins were provided at all. It shows a complete lack of attention to basic customer service and presentation.
This kind of service is unacceptable for a well-known brand. Very disappointed. I hope they improve their standards.

Severely understaffed waited over 20 minutes and several people did as well with very little communication from staff about wait times. I blame management for the issues cause it wasn't even busy they just lacked people. Hope they fix it going forward

Ordered takeout and had to wait almost 40 mins!!! Ridiculous! Apparently they just didn’t put the chicken in the oven in time… The whole room was full of people waiting. All we got was “sorry” and that was it - no compensation, no real communication, no accountability. Total mess.
