She greeted us with a genuine smile and an upbeat attitude that made us feel truly welcome. Her friendly approach and helpfulness created a comfortable, inviting atmosphere right from the moment we walked into this restaurant. TIDY AND WELL-MAINTAINED ENVIRONMENT As a new location, the commitment to cleanliness is immediately apparent. The dining area is spotless, and the bathrooms are notably clean and tidy. From the food preparation counter to the seating, the entire environment is well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, reflecting a high standard of care. ACCESSIBLE AND AMPLE PARKING Parking is plentiful here. There is ample space around the mall, including well-marked accessible spots near the entrances. You won’t have any trouble finding a spot, making it a convenient "grab-and-go" or sit-down location, especially outside of peak shopping hours. FRESHNESS YOU CAN TASTE The quality of the ingredients lives up to the surroundings. Every vegetable is freshly prepped. (I’ve included a video for you to see these freshly prepared items for yourself.) FINAL THOUGHTS This new Subway is off to an excellent start! The bread was unusually small and seemed stale, making it difficult to keep the sandwich together. Portions felt limited, and I noticed old veggies being left at the bottom while fresh ones were placed on top, that raised real food safety concerns. Unfortunately after eating I felt unwell, which has never happened at other Subway locations. I hope the management takes a look at their food handling and ingredient freshness.
