I really wish I could give a higher rating, but this location’s practices leave me no choice.
I ordered a Powerbowl. The employee took out two small containers, put a measly few pieces of meat into one of them, and then asked if I wanted to "double the meat." I found this bizarre because whenever I order the exact same thing at other Subway locations, that container is packed full of meat. So, I asked this employee—who could barely speak a complete sentence in English—if adding meat would cost extra. She actually hit me with a ridiculous price of $3! This is absolute robbery and feels like a scam! I told her that other locations give way more meat, and she actually had the audacity to say that I was "just lucky" those times...
But wait, there's more. The small container for the rice, which is supposed to be full, was only filled halfway. Then, she sprinkled just a tiny pinch of mixed cheese. When I asked her to add a little bit more cheese, she claimed that extra cheese would cost more too—and that it was even more expensive than the meat! My goodness, I seriously doubt the employees here have any clue what they are talking about!
Have these employees received any proper training? Do they have the basic English skills required to work here? Or is it the owner who is deliberately giving these absurd instructions just to pinch pennies?I don't know the answer, but I do know I will never return to this location. I will be reporting this store to Subway Corporate to investigate whether they are violating franchise rules to run things their own sketchy way.
I do not recommend anyone come to this location, and definitely do not order a Powerbowl here.

Such great service made us 19 complex subs in under 25 mins for a hockey team.

Jackie was a fantastic addition to your location. Courteous and kind. The super knowledgeable about the menu. Honestly, probably one of my best Subway experiences. And the location is slower even for a Friday, so it made it really nice to just pick up some lunch. Highly recommend.
I visited the store around 8:00 AM this morning. After greeting the staff with “good morning,” I was ignored as the employee walked away without any acknowledgment, which immediately felt unprofessional.
At checkout, I asked to use a coupon twice by splitting my purchase into two transactions, a request I clearly explained. The employee simply said no and asked if I had another coupon. When I tried to reuse the coupon that had just been returned to me, she stated it had to be a “new” one, then walked away without offering any explanation or alternative solution.
I stood at the counter waiting, assuming she would come back to assist. After realizing I was being ignored, I had to speak up to ask for help. The same response was repeated, again with no effort to help, no clarification of policy, and no customer-oriented communication.
The issue here is not the coupon policy itself, but the lack of basic customer service. The attitude felt dismissive and gave the impression of “take it or leave it,” which is uncomfortable for customers and unprofessional in a service role.
This feedback is shared in hopes that management can address staff communication and service standards to ensure a more welcoming experience for customers in the future.
