We’re paying customers too, and our time matters just as much as the people ordering outside. On top of that, there were larger orders that arrived after us but were given out first because we were basically forgotten in the dining area. After all that waiting, they still gave us the wrong order initially, and when we finally got ours, the gravy was missing, we paid extra for that. We only ordered a Zinger meal and a 4-piece combo with extra gravy, it's not that complicated. And no one apologized, plus they didn’t include any napkins. They don’t even take orders at the counter anymore, yet there are still major delays and mistakes. This location really needs to improve their order management and respect customers’ time. These may seem like small things to some, but people get take-out for a reason, whether life is busy or it’s just a little treat at the end of a hard day. Good customer service makes a big difference.
