I don’t like giving bad reviews, I’ve come here multiple times, every single time it’s been a really bad experience. There is no point in going through the drive-through because they will just ask you to park somewhere but there’s literally nowhere to park normally.
I have never gone through this place and not been asked to just drive drive-through and park somewhere.
They then forget receipts they overcharge and you then have to go in and deal with it so what should be a five minute experience turns into 25 minutes.
The last time I came through (right now) I’m writing this review it is now 15 minutes sitting in the lot. I had to give my order three times, twice at the intercom. And I don’t know if they just switched a person or what but they didn’t communicate anything, and they then asked me what I ordered again at the window to repeat the whole order and go through it all. Not as a confirmation to do the whole order again.
Like I said, I don’t like writing bad reviews.
And I’ll just update this now, so hopefully someone at their management can see this. I just saw a person walk out with food of other people and they checked the three cars in the front which are all consumers I believe of someone else and they just left and went back in. The person behind me, I see them now having to drive over and are now parking other people in. It’s creating chaos, I would not be surprised if they weren’t responsible for accidents. I have now seen two people who are just trying to float around the area where they’re told to go.
If you can’t run a drive-through properly, you should not have people go through your drive-through close it down.
I won’t give this place any other chances personally, the people that work here are nice but all I’m sitting here is wondering where’s my food…
I was uncharged and they got my order wrong. Before I could even get the review in and finish. That sealed it for me I will say this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had for a place in a while.

We waited upwards of 30m for 2 take out orders. The drink dispenser spit out the drink with some unidentified black spec precipitate. I got my food first and by the time my friend got his, mine got cold.

We went to the kfc and we got the Thursday special and when we got the order we noticed that the chicken started to smell bad and while we were tasting it we also noticed that it was kinda soggy and we saw green spots inside the chicken so we went to go ask the staff members and they were clueless they said that the chicken was made fresh but it clearly wasn’t so they changed the chicken but we were so disgusted to eat it so watch what your eating over there horrible experience!!

I do mobile orders from this location quite often and tobight has to be the worst experience I have had at this location. The girl running the front was quite clueless. My email said my order should be ready at 6:57 usually they are a few minutes early and I can just walk in and say my name and then they get the order ready and im out the doors but tonight she asked my name I said it then she walked away. It was quite busy but people who came in ordered got there food before us. The front girl never told the lady in the back we were here so after wait about 15 minutes (past my pickup time) the lady asked if I was here and came up and said it would be 2 minutes as they were cooking fries for me. As they were already bagging up my now cold chicken. I even said to the girl what I get fresh fries but cold chicken. This is ridiculous. Im paying $40 for your food it should be hot not cold

Great service and a smooth experience! The staff were friendly, quick, and very attentive. Food was fresh and served hot. Really appreciate the excellent customer service—well done, KFC team!
