- ATAvery Tessier1 day ago1.02 people ordered online, went in subs werent done yet, and one lady told us one of our subs had no cheese when it definitely said it did on the order. got home, one of the subs was wrong so we went straight back. Told them one sub was wrong and one sub was not yet checked, without even looking at the order or the subs they said they would make us new subs, and let us keep the wrong order. Halfway through making us new subs the no cheese lady came out and told us that one sub was probably wrong but one couldn't possibly be wrong because she made it. Even tho we watched her incorrectly read part of the order. We didn't want to argue we just wanted our subs so we didnt respond as they already were remaking the order and stated they would do so. So then they finished making the subs and told us to give the incorrectly made order back. This whole process took nearly an hour.
