She is totally rude, and this isn't the only incident I have witnessed. Walked in and lined up at the order section and she told me it's going to be 10 minutes. I asked why and her reply was "because we have a big order to complete." Then as to take pleasure in disappointing me further she also said "by the way, there's no lettuce." How do you not serve customers that are standing in line because you have a big order obligation. I have never witnessed this in my life. Make it work! Sorry to be an inconvenience because you're busy. I will never order at this Subway again. I'd rather drive into Red Deer.
