I was pulling up my Subway app but was charged without my points earned. I asked her if missing points can be earned with the receipt after and she said No. This is incorrect. I managed to find where you can claim missing points after so make sure you collect your receipt.

He asked if I wanted it toasted I said yes. He then went in the back for a minute and returned with my untoasted meatball sub. No marinara sauce. He then quickly put my vegetables on and wrapped it up. I payed with my debit card but didn't add a tip. Why would I? I know I'm not obligated but how do you expect extra if you don't appreciate my business? When you're doing the very minimum for your customers? And I got sick from the sub
