I arrived in-store at approximately 11:22 PM, well before the posted closing time of 12:00 AM for indoor service. However, the staff refused to take my order, stating they did not want to restart the billing system. This was frustrating, as the restaurant was still officially open for dine-in customers. As a customer, I expect service during the advertised operating hours. Denying service early for internal convenience is disappointing and unprofessional. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into and addressed so other customers don’t face the same issue. Thank you.
