  This McDonald’s has been the slowest most inconsistent location I’ve been to. We got home and found our fries half full, both mediums and one was supposed to be large as well as missing two nuggets from a 10 piece. I tried to call them to fix this situation and they not only ignored my phone call but hung up on me. Drive to olds to get McDonalds, the drive to olds is worth what they put you through here.

  Just tried going through the drive-thru and nobody answered, we waited a couple mins, still nothing. Figured it was maybe closed today, so we start to leave and we see a truck in the reserve parking and see an employee bring out food to them. So we tried going through and still nothing... somebody definitely wasn't doing their job

  I dont normally write nasty reviews, but this is the last straw with this place. This location is the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. They are slow and they never get your order right. We rarely go there because of bad experiences in the past, like waiting 10 mins for a coffee. But today my kid really wanted a happy meal, and so I thought what the heck, sure. There was me and one other vehicle in the drive thru, no one inside, and we were asked to park off to the side and wait for our order. This is usually the norm for this location so I wasn't suprised. I waited probably 15 mins before finally getting my order. Then, me being impatient and being a little annoyed for having to wait so long, I made the mistake not to look at my bags to make sure our order was right, and just drove home. When I got home our fries were old, soggy and cold. My husbands burger wasn't even made right and was cold, and we didn't even get the right happy meal. I would just usually leave it be, but my son really wanted a cheeseburger and not the nuggets we ended up getting, so he was pretty upset. So I drove back, and then waited almost 10 mins for anyone to acknowledge me inside the restaurant. The manager finally saw/heard me and sent a super shy teenaged employee over. She was very apologetic and said they would remake it for me which I thanked her for. When the manager finally came over, after I showed him what was wrong, the only words he said to me was to just ask for the receipt and then he walked away all angry. We definitely will be not going to this location anymore until they fix themselves because they are an absolute mess.

  Always always if I order a lg fri they give me a med happened 3x now. And always have to pull around so they get there timers in tell me why at 6:00 pm on a Thursday night they don’t have enough fri to make a kids pack ??? FYI there was 2 cars in line !
