Didn't look fresh at all, the lettuce was brown, very brown spots, disgusting gross, worse than lettuce found in the garbage..I was appalled, Chicken looked like leftovers, dry. Thew it away, hope I don't get sick.. Sundre Dairy Queen used to be excellent quality, very bad now.

A manager came from the back and asked the staff why they were sitting and the staff laughed saying something like 'I don't know'. The manager then took our order and served us, the food was good and the restaurant was fairly clean.

Instead of the order taker politely informing me they’re closing in five minutes and she didn’t want to make anything she pretended not to hear what I was ordering forcing me to repeat myself over and over and over l. told me they were out of this couldn’t make that, then I finally caught on when I heard the group inside laughing. Great start for a new store in a small town. Best of luck.
