  Ordered for the first time today. Missing most of our order and the sandwiches we did get were gross and missing half the ingredients we ordered. Our drinks were also expired . Very upset.

  I have been told by the employees there that a large meatball has 8 meatballs, and a supersized is not actually double meat, but has 10. That fact was contradicted by the franchise owner when I went in and was told that it is supposed to have 16 meatballs. So not only were the meatballs short on a few orders, but one delivery order did not include a soda I was supposed to have. But tonight's is what made me the angriest. I ordered a large double-stacked smoked meat sandwich, supersized. The sandwich I received was maybe 1/3 the size of the one I got in the store from the franchise owner. I called and was told by the person on the phone that they used the proper amount of meat. I honestly think I either need to be there to observe them making the sandwich, or I won't be going again. I certainly do not see myself ordering delivery in the near future, if ever.

  Looked up how many scoops of sea food should be on a 12 inch sandwich. Should be 4 , this outlet only puts on 2.

  Amazing friendly service. My family stopped here on a road trip and was met with a smile and an exceptionally friendly employee. Very impressed by her !
