    How do you forget the most important part of chicken nuggets - the sauce! This happens every single time I order from here!! Simplest job but somehow the staff here are incompetent.

    I don't know how hard it is to get a coffee right when they're supposed to be a fast food restaurant. If they screw up on my coffee that bad I don't know what else they can screw up on me 3 days in a row. Can't get a coffee right? It's not that hard to make a coffee right and hand it out the window correctly.

    Both girls working the til and handing out orders were absolutely lovely, truly brought me back to the good old days of Customer service. Just stopped through to get my kids happy meals on a road trip and was so impressed with their customer service skills. Great job ladies, Thank you for a great experience!!

    We went there with my kids and there was "again" missing item in my order so I went inside to claim it and then i approached this staff named ABBY since she was near the counter, i told her that they missed an item and showed her the receipt. Though she gave the missing item, didn't even apologized and showed me a sour grape face. How rude!

    I went through the drive-through at 11 this morning, by 11:10 I was still in the reserved parking spot “waiting on fries”. I went into the restaurant, asked where my order was and they quickly gave me my bag with a cheeseburger and french fries. Drove away and discovered a cold cheeseburger and stale cold fries. Your business is fast food and you don’t do it very well. Not sure how waiting for french fries for 15 minutes resulted in cold stale food. Every car behind me in the drive-thru was also asked to pull ahead and park in a reserved spot. You may have met your drive-thru “times” but it’s cheating when you just ask your customers to wait in the parking lot.
