The (indian) staff member (at 7pm shift) who assisted us initially refused to give us the dips that were clearly included in our meal and tried to charge us extra for them. We double-checked our receipt, and the dips were already listed as part of what we paid for. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and frustrating. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and resolved the issue by giving us what was included in our order. I hope management can provide better customer service training to ensure customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

You can really feel the improvement in service and customer experience. Great job to the team! this location keeps getting better!
