  I did a pick-up order from KFC Strathmore and was really happy with how everything went. My order was ready when I got there, everything was complete, and the food was still hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy and tasted really good, and the sides were also prepared well. I also appreciate how smooth and quick the service was. You can tell the team is putting in effort. Great job to everyone at KFC Strathmore.

  KFC Strathmore is one of the best KFC locations I’ve visited. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always do their best to give great service. The food is fresh, hot, and served with good quality. The restaurant is also clean and organized, which makes the whole experience even better. You can really see the team’s hard work and consistency. Great job to everyone at KFC Strathmore!

  I’m disappointed with my experience at KFC - Strathmore. The (indian) staff member (at 7pm shift) who assisted us initially refused to give us the dips that were clearly included in our meal and tried to charge us extra for them. We double-checked our receipt, and the dips were already listed as part of what we paid for. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and frustrating. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and resolved the issue by giving us what was included in our order. I hope management can provide better customer service training to ensure customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

  The Chicken is very Oily and Greasy. It almost drenched the bottom of paper container with oil. Taste is Okay but very oily. Im not sure if their Oil is fresh or reused.

  I really like the ambiance at KFC Strathmore now. The music playing in the dining area makes a big difference, it’s relaxing and actually makes me want to stay longer while waiting for my order or when dining in. I also love how the kiosks are set up. They really help move the lines faster, and I don’t have to wait for just one cashier anymore. Ordering feels smoother and more efficient overall. You can really feel the improvement in service and customer experience. Great job to the team! this location keeps getting better!
