  I purchased a tea and when I got home I realized the bag has burst in the tea. I immediately tried calling nit because it was a hugh deal but because this was about the 3rd time this had happened. The phone just rang. I called several times and no response. I took a photo and returned the next morning just to have the tea replaced. I got no apology just that I should have called the store until I got through to someone. Like WHAT. ?? how i am im so sorry this happened. This isn't what we want our customers to experience. She acted like I was doing something wrong. I work customer service and I would never especially when the customer has proof. Train your staff better mcdonalds.

  I was there and waiting for my doordash order. Order was ready. i ringed 4 times and nobody gave attention. Some of them saw me but yet chose to ignore. Everyone was having chats with each other and on their phones. Finally after a long wait they helped me and when talk about the situation that i am waiting since a long time manger started misbehaving and said do whatever you want to do.also the food get cold. I heard many rumours about this location but today i experience and i can say that its the worst location and staff literally need to learn customer service and how to be polite with a customer. And specially they need to change the manger as manger should be the problem solver not creator

  It’s is so delicious they take 2-3 mins and the food is always hot the drinks are amazing and especially the sprite

  It's a typical McDonald's, good service and usual food. But the bathroom here only has hand dryer, no tissues to be found. Just toilet paper from the one toilet.

  On Friday night, we were four drivers, yet a employee name manpreet behaved in a biased and unprofessional manner. The employee did not greet drivers properly and failed to confirm order number, and not handing food properly This unfair treatment is unacceptable and management should address it immediately to ensure equal and respectful treatment for drivers.
