  Used to be good many years ago then they started making the crust super thin, I commented on one of their surveys and the owner offered coupons; so at least the bad pizza would cheaper? They roll the absolute crap outta their dough with a docker to keep from rising but then it's cardboard flat. Fast forward a couple more years, thought I'd give them a shot again, and it's pretty much the same. Strange thing is the pizza from a North Edmonton PJs is decent, something about this location.

  We have been ordering Papa Johns for years, from different locations. Tonight order ended in the dumpster sadly. One pizza the crust was so burnt it was black the other one was very over cooked. Tried calling was told they are on a timer.

  I don’t feel I should have to explain to the staff that you don’t substitute other items onto a pizza regardless of how close they are to what was ordered. I ordered black olives on a pizza among other toppings. They were out of black olives, So they put green olives on it. They are not the same thing. And imagine there had been an allergy or something and it wasn’t caught. Complete lack of thought by the staff. Complete idiocy. It’s not like they called to check that that was okay either.

  Take out. Pizza was lacking cheese and was overcooked and dry. Called them the next morning to let them know and wasn’t looking for a freebie. I’m in the service industry too so just wanted to let them know to be aware. The guy literally abused me and when I asked him if he thought I was lying he couldn’t stop himself from his tirade. Will never be going there again or recommend anyone else.

  Ordered a cheese pizza for my kid and I can say it was the worst pizza we have ever ordered. Dry, so dry. Overcooked, the cheese was almost black. Just zero taste, bland, basically cardboard with overcooked cheese on top (and not the cook kind of crispy cheese at the edges of good pizza). At the same time I baked a frozen Costco pizza for my other child and it was 10 times better. Edit to add - I hadn’t read other reviews before I posted but reading the last few justifies my post. Very little cheese, dry, bland pizza. I doubt they’ll be in business much longer unfortunately. It’s sad because it used to be good pizza.
