Very friendly and attentive. Great service. The food was also amazing. Full of flavour and served promptly. Renovations look great. All around wonderful diner experience. Had a great time with my wife here. We were both very pleased.

It's nothing fancy, but it's a nice treat when you're in the mood for it. The standout at this location, however, is the service. Very quick, very friendly, very attentive. I didn't catch her name, but I was told by the people I was dining with that she has been there for quite a long time. I would happily return and hope to be served by her again.

The lady who initially approached our table for drink orders was possibly at the end of her shift as she was very dismissive. I asked for non alcoholic beer and she snapped back at me to look at the menu (which I had already scoured exhaustively). When my daughter asked what kind of teas they had she blew a raspberry and rolled her eyes before saying just one type. The contempt she held us in was obvious. Fortunately, our table was taken over by an efficient young man who turned our experience around. He was quick and efficient, friendly and polite. I haven’t been here for about 8 years, but the food was typically Swiss Chalet, that is to say not bad but it’s not going to win any awards, at least it’s consistent. It was exactly as I remembered it.
