  Had an amazing dinner with my friends and the server was fantastic. Katy was very kind and thorough when it came to serving us and we greatly appreciate her for making our night!

  Taressa was my server. She’s honestly an amazing server. And the way they renovated is nice but I miss the antiques. The antiques really made the place so unique.

  Ate dinner here the other night and had a great time. I love going to Swiss Chalet for the nostalgia and have to say this is my favorite one in the Edmonton area. Service and food were great, restaurant is very clean and open. Would recommend.

  We ate here today. Server was exactly as expected at a Swiss chalet. Food came fast, as always. The problem came as I was eating my chicken Ceasar salad. When I looked at the chicken pieces, there was a hair stuck to one of them. It looked like it had been there for a while. I went to the washroom, as my stomach was queasy. My husband thought I would want a new one, so he asked the server for one. I couldn't eat anything else. So the server took it back and that was that. No manager, not even really a sorry. Thank goodness the food was taken off the bill, or a stink would have been raised. I was sorely disappointed. I dodnt expect much from a Swiss chalet. I expect good food fast. Service isnt expected to be overly friendly, just effective. Its hard to get hair on a roast chicken. You would have to be trying pretty hard. I won't be eating here for a very long time.

  staff: the staff were very friendly - even with a busy evening they were all friendly. service: this location is a hot commodity. We have tried to come here a few times to get that classic swiss chalet experience - and the line ups are long. We saw the line - killed an hour and tried again and was able to get a table. Even with a full house the service was decent. Taking our orders took a bit longer thank expected - but once we had our orders in - food came out at a decent time. establishment: in a strip mall location so lots of parking. Large location so decent number of tables. food: portions sizes were great! Fries and chicken fingers were classic. Chicken & ribs looked amazing - their flavour was good, however they were a bit dry and cold. The classic Swiss chalet sauce is still amazing. Was not what we were expecting - but still willing to give it another try because this classic place has been around a long time!
