Not only is this extremely unprofessional to do in front of customers, it also promotes a toxic work environment and demonstrates to the public how management treats their employees. Now I can’t say this for all of management hence why I mention this specific manager. She has dark hair and is shorter than the said employee while also wearing glasses at the time of the incident. All employees are allowed to be corrected but to be yelled at is unhinged for a manager whos meant to represent a good example for those who are still learning.
