    So I ordered my food for pickup at 6:45. I got there at 6:50 and there was no order for pickup they had no knowledge of it but before that the Manager Melanie was absolutely ridiculous she seen us come in and didn't acknowledge us at all even when no one was on front counter at all. I waited for 5 minutes before I said should I leave or what? She replied "1 sec". It obviously wasn't a second. They had 8 people in the kitchen and no one in the front and she was juat at the window yelling at her employees and speaking philipino in front of customers and employees. I left the store finally at 7:18 and only person that helped me at all was Mathew and he was in the kitchen and still managed to come and help us with our order. He was the only reason I got my food and he should be in charge not the Melanie lady thats yelling at everyone and not even helping customers. I used to work fast food as a manager and this was the worst customer service I have gotten in a long time. She needs to give her head a shake and not run away from problems. Managers should fix problems not leave them to there employees and hide behind them. Again Mathew was the only person that helped me and made it tolerable experience. Melanie needs to be demoted or even better fired. Thank for you time and hope you guys get better manager.

    I ordered a luxe 14 box and asked for NO LETTUCE on anything please...nope, got all the way home and didn't check it first ..I got lettuce...it makes me sick so thanks taco Bell

    Order bean burritos, 3 with out onions.3 with out the jalapeño sause. It was for take out. Waited for 15 min. They said it was ready to go. I grapped the bag and was heading out the the door when I was stopped by there staff and they handed me 2 more burritos. I got outside and counted the burritos it was the correct amount now.Got home and checked the burritos they had onions and Jalapeño sauce on them. This is second time they have done this to me . I shoild have learned from my first Experience. Grade A incompetence by the staff. I am ready to call ICE. Lol 😆

    Bought food there and they cinnamon sticks tasted like chemicals then the taco as well found out searching it it from rancid cooking oil which is disgusting this place needs to be shut down for this reason and everyone wonders why taco bell is shutting down because these people don't care about quality or food safety

    This location doesn't offer any of the Taco Tuesday or Twoonie Tuesday deals that other locations offer. The french fries were incredibly salty and when asked for plain fries instead of the seasoned ones she originally said no substitutions. What if you can't eat "spicy" food? Extra charge for salsa on my kids taco? It's Mexican food! The lady taking the order couldn't understand us and it was very hard to understand her, she was Philippino (no problem with that) but the entire kitchen staff was speaking in their native language. If you are serving a community that is mostly English speaking, you should make an effort to know that language. I am not from the area and it was disappointing to say the least.
