  I ordered food from here tonight and I’m not sure how they’re even okay selling that. The food tasted like it was made 8 hours prior to serving it. Paying over 10$ for a taco that had nothing in it, and 2 orders of nacho friends that were so hard and gross, like they’d been sitting there for hours. I am beyond upset at this. Time for some new employees. Don’t like your job? Quit. Pretty simple. Couldn’t even eat anything I paid for.

  They always mess up the order unfortunately, it’s often the order is wrong than correct. More than once now I trusted it was correct because there was a line and id already waited a long time so I don’t double check the bag, charging for things that are not in the bag is insane considering how easy the job is. I work retail and it’s absurd for being the only Taco Bell in the area. Do better. They could get even more sales if people who knew what they were doing worked there and successfully fulfilled orders. Extremely disappointed. I love Taco Bell but hate this location im genuinely upset to say. Please do better.

  kevin is the absolutely best and most incredible employee this place has!! not only did he take our order super efficiently, he was very understanding when it came down to making our experience the best as possible. he’s a very nice guy who’s amazing at his job, also the food he gave us was so delicious 10/10 if you go to this location get kevin to make your food he’s a gem!!! give him a raise!!!!!

  This is the worse TACO BELL in the country! EVERYTIME we order they get it wrong because they can not understand you. ( they do not speak English) with an allergy to certain food , they sure don’t care! Also the employees when we order and are waiting for food they will talk in their language and sit there and laugh. I personally think it’s rude When you eat in the restaurant you are constantly batting little bugs away!!! They should maybe do a deep cleaning in the garages or kitchen to see WHY they have bugs flying around in the middle of winter. Also the staff has no respect for the customer . My kid orders from here a lot and now she said enough is enough and not going there anymore. She open her order and the fries were put in upside down and when she pulled them out of the bag everything fell onto the floor and her. ( staining her clothes) if we could get Baja Blast in fountain somewhere else we would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Enough is enough maybe the owner should be looking after his or investment because if I was the owner of this place there would be HUGE changes ! !
