- VAV AnonymousOct 7, 20251.0I went to Subway around 9:40 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for a Veggie Patty sub, and there were two Filipino ladies working. They immediately told me that they no longer serve Veggie Patty and that it’s not on the menu anymore. Then one of them quickly added that I could just get veggies and sauces instead — very rude and dismissive. I later checked with other Subway locations, and they confirmed that Veggie Patty is still available, so they clearly lied. On top of that, they overcharged me and made faces the whole time, showing zero professionalism. If you don’t know how to treat guests or interact respectfully with customers, then you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Zero stars for this location — rude staff, poor service, and dishonest behavior.
