    Worst customer service ever. We went last night to pick up some groceries for breakfast and bought some back bacon, of which we grabbed the last pack they had in stock, only to realise this morning that it was expired. We had ordered a birthday cake and they spelled the name wrong. We ordered cupcakes and they lost the order so we had to pick from what they had, then when we checked out, the cashier tipped over the cupcakes, ruining the icing and stacked them under the much heavier cake to add insult to injury. Long story short, it doesn't appear as though any of the staff members there actually care about the quality of service they provide but this was the third strike in less than 24hrs and I will definitely never shop at this location again.

    I bought michell's bacon on October 27.. 2 packages.. they were not on clearance or marked down. They expired a week later.. in fact I got sick not realizing it was old bacon.. after being snapped at as I was at customer service I was told save on keeps their expiring items in the coolers until 2 days before they go rotten.. I just bought bacon 🥓 at Walmart for half off and its still good to the 29 if November giving me over 2 weeks.. I felt humiliated by my save on experience and will never shop there again.. I wasted $40 on bacon.. my eyesight isn't great but when a store can't be bothered to respect their customers.. its beyond sad.. no wonder their profit margins are so high when meat is sold that is going to spoil in a week.
