I just went to go get the triple pickle mcCrispy sandwich and the lady who was working the drive-thru was so excited for me and absolutely made my day. 10/10.

Went here since they opened every day and used the app. Food quality was the first time slip, like how do you get an egg shell in a burrito (which uses pre mixed eggs)? And you know that was kinda a normal thing of eating a bacon and egg McMuffin and deciding whether that's egg shell or overcooked bacon. But now their customer service is collapsing too much. I have gone there with the app every day and they've changed their staff so much over the years. First instance I gave them my code I showed them my receipt and they said they didn't have my food. They looked at it and said oh you ordered to the front (but why would I have a drive thru code then?). I guess they gave away my food to someone else and weren't going to give me my food. My fault... I guess. Today I get there they take my drive thru code and when I get to the front they tell me I put it in for a different McDonalds so they can't do it. Okay? Why take my code? Why push me to the second window for pickup? Why not put in my code it doesn't work and then just take my order. I get to the second window and they tell me I have to cancel my whole order(not something the app will let you do) and put it in for this location. Now this is a new fault in the new update. It likes to just choose a McDonalds close to you but sometimes it will choose one further away. The old update would just automatically change to any location you are at. I've really only had problems with this location with this. Anyway they wouldn't take my order in person and just ended up wasting my time. I'm not mad about the app that's a corporate decision. But with food quality down and shifting of all the friendly faces in favor of a faceless corporation it's hard to say it's worth my time to risk going here knowing I might be leaving without a breakfast.

Terrible place to eat. Did an online order for pickup and paid for it and they made me wait 15 minutes just to tell me they didn’t get the order. The supervisor was unable to understand the issue and failed to resolve it. Just don’t even eat here.

Sent all the drinks and fries for the combos but forgot a quarter pounder. All the food that did arrive was stone cold, fries were super stale and had ZERO salt. I had to drive and waste my gas to pick up the missing items after already paying for it to be delivered. Spruce Grove has the WORST fast food, I'll drive to Edmonton or St. Albert to go to McDonald's.
