Customer service was poor & the lady handling the till was also making the food and wearing the same dirty gloves to do it all.

Forgot gravy and dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken… also asked for napkins and ketchup in the bag which was not there. staff were a bunch of teenagers that just didnt really seem to care.

If I could give this restaurant a negative star I would. Ordered from Uber eats….food showed up cold, missing items and the pop was nothing but carbonated water. When I called the store all they could say was I’m sorry you’re not satisfied completely, it’s busy. Unacceptable.

No fries in our take-out order. 2 orders missing. Plus no receipt. Everyone check your bags before you leave. This isn't the first time this as happened with KFC. Seems to be a thing with them.
