  Honestly, such a vibe! The staff is super polite but totally lets you enjoy your meal without hovering. Everything we ordered was delicious. Also, heads up: they’ve got this killer deal until May — 2 servings of chicken and a side for just $20. It’s a ton of food for the price. Highly recommend checking it out!

  This place always has great food and service. It is always a wonderful place to dine with family and we really appreciate the staff. I also really wanted to show appreciation for the wonderful manager who was extremely patient and kind to us as my wife was handling our 2 year old's tantrum. During this tantrum an old lady was extremely rude to my wife and 2 year old and the manager helped de-escalate the situation. Thank you for being so understanding and welcoming of young families. We truly appreciate the understanding and support.

  I enjoyed dinner with a couple of my friends and had the sweetest server ever named Mia! She was efficient, quick and very friendly. My food came out very quick and hot. I will be coming here again to see Mia.

  Had the 2 can dine deal with all white meat. Sauce tasted great. Better than it has for awhile. Did you revert to the old recipe?

  We hadn't been to Swiss Chalet in many years so we thought to try it again. We were very disappointed, in 7 years the quality of taste went down hill. Chicken was under cooked, fries were all the ends of crispy bits. The ribs were not falling off the bone they were under cooked and no flavor. So we will not be going again, very disappointed in the lack of quality of food.
