Panini’s was founded by the Caruso family in 2016 with a dedication to quality ingredients and exemplary customer service. Though Mother Anna and Father Roberto are still involved in the kitchen (making Gnoochi fresh daily) the three sons have since taken the reigns. James, Robert, and Tony invite you to come in for a taste of Italy right here in Edmonton. With a mix of family recipes and new creations, the menu features pizza, pasta, panini, salads, desserts, wine, beer, and liquor lists as well as a full coffee bar.
