I ordered a Boneless bucket and it still only took a couple minutes for them to prepare, even during the peak time. Excellent service.

There was no other orders at the time. This has happened to me multiple times. I get that I'm just a driver and it's not for me personally but that's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. There's no reason it should take this long.
