Then I ask for tomatoes and she grabs the saddest looking “slices” I’ve ever seen and tossing them on. In the meantime the guy in front of me is waiting to pay while she makes the entirety of my sandwich, I imagine so she didn’t have to change her gloves between touching the till and serving me, but you could tell he was irritated too. She also drenched it in mustard and sub sauce.

My order was prepared perfectly, with great care and hygiene, and she took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
- DMD manJan 30, 20262.0Staff are friendly but slow. Store is clean. Bread is consistently not fresh. I have had crunchy dry bread so many times. On my most recent visit, I could tell the bread was very dried out when the staff member started cutting it. I asked for fresh bread. Staff member argued, but I insisted. He swapped the bread. I got into my car and immediately took a bite. The bread is so crusty and dry at the middle it cut up the roof of my mouth. The ends are like wood. I resorted to picking single veggies and chunks of meat out with my sauce covered fingers. So undignified. Threw the other half in the trash. I should have learned my lesson the last 3 times. Never going to this location again

I personally saw staff using used paper to prepare a sandwich, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority, especially in a food establishment. This has seriously damaged my trust, and I won’t be returning. Management really needs to address this issue immediately.
