  I love shopping here!!!! But, my advice is KNOW YOUR PRICES!! Save On has select meats at 4/$20!! Once a month a 3 kgs box of Chicken breasts for $30 SND The butchers Box is PERFECT for 2-3 people.

  I still don’t understand how anyone in Canada can actually save at Save-On-Foods. You wear the Canada badge, but it doesn’t feel like you’re really supporting us—I get the sense you’re appealing to emotion, not logic. I walk in expecting deals, discounts, maybe a tiny glimmer of hope for my bank account—and somehow, I always leave having spent more than I would at any other store. The name alone sets high expectations, but clearly, it’s more of a “Spend-On-Foods” experience. It’s almost impressive how a store can advertise “savings” and make me feel like I’m paying full price for everything, plus a little extra just for fun. You come in thinking you’ll save a few bucks, and before you know it, your cart has betrayed you, your wallet is weeping, and your bank account is quietly filing for divorce. Honestly, if the goal was to make customers feel rich while getting poorer, congratulations—mission accomplished. All joking aside, calling yourselves “Save-On-Foods” is misleading, and customers deserve a little more honesty—or at least discounts that live up to the hype.

  Thank you to the two staff members that helped me today after I dropped my case of pop and you got me another case. That is amazing customer service. Won't find that at Superstore
