She took the time to explain the order process and the types of foods and prices available. We spent a few minutes working out the price diffence of various meals and what was the best option. I don't know about above an beyond customer service, this young lady climbed Everest and back to help me decide. Should be employee of the year. Better than excellent service. She is awesome.

She says aisle 4, to which I replied that it wasn’t there. She said if it’s not there then they don’t carry it. I showed her the item on the website with the correct store location. She had no idea and asked another young employee walking by, to which the second person replied “I’ve only been here a couple of months” and walked away. The Customer Service employee then told me to check the vestibule then walked away. What horrible customer service!! I was going to leave but then I looked around some more before approaching another employee. She gladly helped me look, pointed out areas on the aisle ends where they may be, then said they may be in the receiving area. She found them and happily walked me over to where they were in a display area. She was very helpful and very pleasant!! She deeply apologized for the lack of help I received from the previous two employees. I did not note names of any of the employees, but it’s apparent that the first two that I interacted with could not be bothered to help
