The driver walked up to the main steps, then turned around and chose to walk through deep snow in the front yard along a dog footpath to our large picture window, where he banged on it to get our attention. This was despite there being steps leading to a covered patio with the front door just inside. He then complained about how difficult it was for him, even though he chose his own route instead of the easier one. He repeatedly stated that he would never deliver here again and that we would be picking up instead. It should be common sense that steps and a covered patio lead to the main entrance. Correction Sir: we won’t be picking up as we won’t be ordering from this location again.

When we went to pick up we immediately noticed they looked old. The staff didn't care and we were told it was our fault for placing an order around lunch time with a pick up time for the evening. Why even have that option on the site then?
