  I came for Happy Hour @ 9pm with my brother and a friend. Our server (darker skin and glasses), forgot her name. There were 2 other tables while we there, so not busy at all. It took 10-15 mins to get my first drink (Joe’s Soda), and that was tasteless to be honest. Our food came and was fine. I ordered a second drink (strawberry mojito) and it was better, had a nice flavour. Our server was very distant, literally. She would only appear to bring us drinks/food. When we were getting ready to pay & leave around 10:45pm, they started stacking chairs on top of the tables, turned off the music and turned off almost all the lights, felt very unwelcoming and gave a “please leave” vibe. I noticed after the fact that I was over-charged for one of my drinks!!! All that being said, we probably won’t be back for a while, unless their service drastically improves!!

  Went for lunch with my daughter. Took waitress 15 minutes to just come to the table. She was just chatting with the other waitress at the bar the whole time. There was only our table, and 2 other tables on a sunday. After we got our water she put our order in. Never came back to the table to see if we wanted anything else. Waited a long time almost 40 min for appetizers and she brought out the food and didnt ask if we needed anything and didnt come back to the table again and just continued to hangout at the bar. Didnt ask us how our meal was or say a single word to us. Made us feel very unwelcome and unwanted. Had to flag her down to get containers we didnt wanna stay any longer and finish our meals. Overall its just a really bad experience because of the staff. The food is always great but the service and atmosphere is the worst not friendly at all. We live close by and it used to be great but now i dont think we will be coming back.

  The food was great but oh man was the service and atmosphere lacking big time. The place was dead, there was 2 other small tables in the entire restaurant. My friends arrived 10 minutes before me, one of them had already ordered a drink. We still waited 15 mins after I arrived for his drink to be brought to the table. When my other friend and I ordered our drinks (a canned root beer and a sangria) again, we waited 15 mins for them. We watched them sit on the bar for almost 10 mins before our server came and brought them to us. My friend wasn’t brought or even offered a glass/glass of ice for his root beer, just given the can We ordered a bunch of happy hour snacks, mexi fries, sweet potato fries, chicken gyoza, chicken bites. The manger helped bring our food to the table with our server and then blankly stared at us and asked if we wanted plates and cutlery… Why wasn’t that brought to the table ahead of time? And what kind of question is that? Obviously given what we ordered and that we were sharing, we needed plates and cutlery. Our chicken bites came out without the dip, an easy fix, but again it took a long time for the dip to be brought out that my friend said he almost forgot about it. The whole team just wasn’t functioning well that night, even who I assume was the manager, was not up to par or performing very mangerly. My friend ordered a second drink, again it sat on the bar for almost 10 mins before our server brought it to him. We passive aggressively joked with each other that we should just get up and grab it ourselves because our server was no where to be found. I can understand if it was a busy night, but at this point it was just us and one other small table. We asked for our bills 5-10 mins before closing. Shortly before closing, they turned off the music, put all the chairs up and then suddenly turned off almost all the lights. We were just sitting in our booth in the dark, wondering if we had been forgotten about. Such a strange experience Our server Heather was super nice and friendly, don’t get me wrong. She was just very absent. We never saw her on the floor the entire time we were there, unless it was to bring us a drink or our food. The food was really yummy, they have a lot of great happy hour snacks we really enjoyed. It’s a shame because we probably won’t be back for a while until the team gets their act together and functions better. Curious to see how they function on a busy night because functioning this poorly on a dead night is not a good sign

  I had the noodle bowl which was excellent. My guest had the chicken burger and fries. The fries were terrible. It appeared that he got the bottom of one basket that were old and over cooked topped with new fries that were ok. The server was very attentive at the beginning and middle of our meal then at end was in the kitchen while we waited for at least 20 minutes to ask for our bill.

  I booked my birthday there and it was my first time there we waited 2 1/2 hrs for food and my berger was not cooked and 3 of my friends had to leave because it was 8:00 pm they had a kid with them they did not get food and all the bills were wrong I was not happy and it was my birthday dinner
