  Idk I don’t write reviews but for real these people cannot understand what I’m ordering half of the time, I just don’t think it should be that difficult to order fast food the communication is horrible.

  It’s McDonald’s. Nobody walks in expecting a gourmet experience you come for fast food and the inevitable regret afterward. Give me my $1.39 Jr. Chickens back!!!!!

  I never leave reviews, but after our experience here I felt like I had to. We have always preferred this McDonald's as it's close by, it's clean and we've really never had poor service here. But I'm leaving this review because of our experience we had here on Christmas Eve. After waiting for our order from a different restaurant for over an HOUR, with two hungry, tired and overstimulated children in the backseat, we decided to ditch our order and just get McDonald's. We ordered on the app, not noticing what time it was, and the order went through. We headed over to McDonald's to pick up our food at go home. Once we arrived, we were confused to see the restaurant looked closed. There were still a couple of cars in the lot, so my husband got out and went to see if anyone was inside. Our order had gone through on the app, so we assumed they were open. An employee opened the door to talk to my husband, who explained the situation. Without hesitation, the employee told him that it was no problem, they would fire up the fryers and get our order ready. 15 minutes later, we had our order, hot and fresh. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the employees that quite literally saved our Christmas dinner. They didn't have to honour the order, they could have ignored my husband at the window or sent him away, but they didn't. They were kind and accommodating, and for that I want to express my utmost thanks. I'll never forget their kindness. Thank you, McDonald's Emerald Hills :) this happened just before 6:00pm, so if you were working, thank you so much and I hope you had a wonderful Christmas eve.

  I went to buy a chicken wrap for my client dec 31, roughly around 7:47 pm . I used my prepaid credit card first but it didnt went through for some reason , so i paid by another credit card , for sure it went through, coz she said ok (the cashier) ,at the pick up window the guy told me my card didnt work so i handed him a cash 5 dollars, But i just check my credit card and it went through, so they took money from me when i already paid for it , I work for food industry all my life before i switch my career to being an allied healthworker, people shout at us if we dont give back their change of sometimes 10 cents . Please re train your staff to make sure to not to double charge people, that is not good . Also please let them be more pleasing to customers. Nowadays customer service is really missing I have attached the credit card charge to me and you can go back to your team and double check your camera, where did that money go. Please be careful next time , people work hard for their money.
