Went thru the drive thru and found some long hair in the kids chicken nuggets. I'm top of that, the nuggets were less that desirable. I got a chicken burger and pretty sure the patty was stale. I don't do McDonald's often and this one was extra trashy

Just left Baseline location.
Horrible experience, the staff were not friendly or welcoming instead they are very rude and at one point the cashier rolled her eyes at the customer in front of me. Our food was cold and not well prepared, we did not get Monopoly cups or any Monopoly items at all even though it is Monopoly time.
Very disappointed in this location and will most likely not visit again.

Food was stale, dry, and cold. Employees seemed uninterested and rude, showing none of the pride or care McDonald’s once stood for. Watching The Founder reminds you how the brand began with innovation, quality, and service. Values that built a global legacy. Sadly, those original morals feel long gone, replaced by carelessness and decline.

Ordered a sausage and egg bagel thru the ap, picked up at stall 2 , driving to my work eating a hockey puck. I find that often at this location. Old hard bagels, yuk!

Hey be aware ,
Today, I observed an employee named Pankti during the pack-down process. Pankti dropped fries on the floor, then picked them up and packed them again for the order instead of discarding them. This is a serious food safety and hygiene issue that needs immediate attention.
