The is there little ice bumps and spikes in the road which tells me the manager didn't ice it all season or in a while. Service was slow. Didn't provide me any utensils or straws (couldn't return since I was going for work). The road condition is the main issue. I hope the manager actually reads this and acts on it because this is not fair to your customers and employees.
