  Is severe diarrhea normal for this location, it hits me something hard from eating here . When I get the quarter pounder meal ,unlike it was years ago. When do you clean so one may only go after this scheduled event

  We come here quite often into the play area because we have children today. It was just a disgrace. The garbage containers iwere over flowing to the point where even the countertop was unrecognizable. There is ketchup smeared all over the floor and french fries from one side of the room to the other. Garbage paper all across the play area and the bathroom door is locked with no one inside of it. I went and asked somebody to come and tend to the mess and a young lady came that did one of the poorest jobs I’ve ever seen of cleaning up the area. Clearly, she was not interested at all in customer service or the atmosphere at her workplace. They expect kids to take their shoes off upon entering but it is far too dirty for the kiddos. Someone needs to pay attention.as this should be a place where little ones can run around and not have to worry about stepping on icky, messy, and filthy floors. Super disappointed in Sh Pk

  Food was fresh but made wrong , coffee was hot but made wrong so it was nice but it would be better if our crews orders were made right , triple triple coffee comes with cream and sugar not black! Sausage mcmuffin comes with cheese does it not ?

  So... i ordered a Quarter Pounder meal. Get up to the booth to pay, As im swiping he says Double Quarter pounder meal..... to late, the payment went through..... im not going to go in and get a refund. Im not that hungry. I eat the French fries and kept the burger in the bag for later. I get home and put the bag in the fridge, thinking I'll eat it tomorrow. I get up in the morning to eat it for breakfast. Open the bag, put it in the microwave. As I open the box up.... to my surprise.... Top bun, 1 patty..... no bottom bun!!! Hilarious

  The restaurant was clean for the most part. I used the washroom when I first got there and was somewhat disappointed when I entered into the stall because there was a used bloody tampon laying on the floor tucked away in the corner behind the toilet yet clearly visible. Besides the bloody tampon on the floor the bathrooms appeared to be pretty spick and span. Once I finished up washing and drying my hands I proceeded into the well kempt lobby and headed up to the counter. This is where I unfortunately once again became disappointed as there was not a single employee anywhere to be seen for literally 8-10 minutes. In my opinion the latest renovations to this locations interior were somewhat poorly thought out due to the fact that the 2 cash registers are not only blocked by the mobile pickup station but they are literally as far away and isolated from the rest of the staff working on the grills, fryers and drivethru stations because they are down a short hallway. I literally leaned over the counter a few times in hopes of waving down an employee to assist me with my order as there was a line beginning to form behind me. I no word of a lie stood at the register for at least 8-10min possibly longer waiting for the cashier to finally appear so that I could order my warm coffee to go. The cashier was friendly and pleasant once she had finally graced me with her presence and I received my coffee promptly. Had there not been a used bloody tampon on the washroom floor and had there actually been a cashier at a register to place my order promptly I would have given this visit a higher star rating of 4 or 5.
