    This was our last time eating at this McDonald’s. Once again, multiple members of our family became sick after eating here. We gave this location several chances, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately the same issue keeps happening. After repeated experiences like this, we can confidently say we won’t be returning.

    Conveniently located McDonald's, just off Wye Road. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The triple pickle McChicken was kind of meh, but that's more the corporation's fault. 😅

    We come here quite often into the play area because we have children today. It was just a disgrace. The garbage containers iwere over flowing to the point where even the countertop was unrecognizable. There is ketchup smeared all over the floor and french fries from one side of the room to the other. Garbage paper all across the play area and the bathroom door is locked with no one inside of it. I went and asked somebody to come and tend to the mess and a young lady came that did one of the poorest jobs I’ve ever seen of cleaning up the area. Clearly, she was not interested at all in customer service or the atmosphere at her workplace. They expect kids to take their shoes off upon entering but it is far too dirty for the kiddos. Someone needs to pay attention.as this should be a place where little ones can run around and not have to worry about stepping on icky, messy, and filthy floors. Super disappointed in Sh Pk
