It wasn't like this before but since I've been going daily, it is incredibly weak now. On a side note, the speed they prepare the coffee at is roughly double the time it takes Timmy's to make your coffee. They need to be faster and more efficient to keep up with the drive thru flow.

Ive phoned and talked to a so called supervisor/manager and she brushed me off with some lame excuses. It’s not cheap eating here anymore. bad service, bad food, won’t waste my time at this location anymore even if it means having to go way out of my way for another one.

First off the fries were cold, it's a 1-minute drive from the location to my house so there's no excuse for that. Then I bite into my BigMac to find a big long black hair in there. So not cool. - AAAlexOct 18, 20251.0I don't know where to start. I wouldn't ever go back here- and this was my first visit. Food: The fries I ordered were definitely not at the typical temperature they're normally served at, and had an awful aftertaste that I presume was old fry oil not being changed. Service: I normally don't pay at the counter but with the monopoly Redemption I was forced to. The employee didn't know how to work the cash register and we had to wait for another one who knew how to work the till. Atmosphere: I don't care who you hire as long as they can do the job, but clearly there's a certain demographic working here that cannot do the tasks apart of their jobs. On top of that, why you are speaking to your employees casually inside the restaurant where the patrons are is something I've never witnessed. You generally don't see the crew casually around the inside of the McDonalds, keep that in the employee section. Overall it was the worst McDonalds experience I've had yet, and I would rather drive somewhere else- anywhere else than return here.
