They told us to come back later to get a refund because the store was closed. There was more than five minutes left until then, they had more than enough time to either make the food or give us a refund. Very poor service. I don’t think I want to go back

Called to inform the manager and she proceeded to try to argue with me and then apologized when I pointed it out. She offered me a free meal next visit. So today I went just like I do every Wednesday informed them that this order was complementary as per the managers request. Gave me incorrect items again. When I pointed it out the manager rolled her eyes at me and rudely ordered me to drive forward. I recieved the rest of my order got home to realize my double quarter pounder is a single. They are completely incapable of listening to requests, giving you what they want, over charge you, and then having the most dissrespectful customer service.

I don't understand why it's so hard to read a printed order from their app. Super disappointing. We're going to have to start going elsewhere, but the worst part is they won't care about this review, nor the loss of our $120 per week, minimum. 2 days later..... decided to give them a try again. Big mistake. Messed up the order AGAIN. Super annoying.
