If you're going through the drive-thru, make sure you eat in the parking lot so you can walk up and get a straw and a napkin after you realize they didnt give you any, even after you specifically asked them to include a straw and a napkin.

The fries both times were very under seasoned and they forgot the cheese on my beef and CHEDDAR twice. It’s the last thing I want is for me to be excited for my food and it not be what I wanted. I get it, it’s a piece of cheese and seasoning on the salt but I pay for it and get the cheese specifically because of how dry the sandwich is. This is ridiculous that this has happened twice to me. I will not be coming here again and will not be ordering their famous curly fries from any establishment, very over hyped from what they used to be.
