  Usually when I visit KFC the order taker doesn't understand me. First time in along time the order taker made it easy. The food was hot and fresh. No complaints!

  The crew is very accommodating and friendly, smiling all the time. This will be one of the best KFC in Alberta!

  Worst KFC I've ever been to. Where can you go find a KFC where chicken is the main item, but don't have chicken available as of the moment. 🤯

  Went to this KFC at 9:45pm, online it says they are open till 11pm. Pulling up the open sign was off and the lights in front of the store had the lights out making it looked closed. We pulled up to drive thru and and employee was outside throwing out garbage and with told us they were open still. We started to order and got told they did not have tenders, and they didn’t want to make the food we were trying to order. They kept telling us it would take 25mins to make the new Big Crunch chilli combo but only 7 mins to make a Big Crunch. When we got the food it was cold and not fresh. The fries were stale and the chicken. The employees were mad through the whole transaction. I was not impressed and made to feel like burden. Would not suggest going here.
