  I stopped by at this place in mall food court to grab some pad Thai. I ordered a tofu pad Thai with eggs, it was ok in terms of taste, textures. Even though they made it to order, wasn't hot at all for temperatures. Tofu was bit chewy, noodles were bit dry. Chicken pad Thai noodles were very similar to tofu, bit dry but chicken was good. The pineapple cake, banana chocolate cake were frozen. They did not taste good at all, quite hard to even cut through with knife, there was no proper taste and textures to those and that may be due to frozen desserts. Overall, the food is ok and would not recommend trying it. However, service was very friendly, lady at cash counter was very friendly, patient and answered any food delayed questions. Food was cooked quite fast as well, within minutes.

  Order Thai pad noodles we change our protein shrimp to chicken and she didn't listen properly my husband took that food back to the counter and requested to change this in chicken meal . Cashier was so rude she said to my husband that is you didn't say anything thing like that seriously she blame on my husband that you didn't say that I'm myself working in food industry since 9 years we always work with "heart"to give best service to the customer they charge us $ 16.47 for the meal and again she argued by saying that what we gonna do this noodle that you return. You have to buy new one so one plate of this noodle $ 33 wow you ripped us off I really like their food always come to only this mall leave all other shop behind and come to them to order food . Please guys learn how to give best service to the customer. To make your customers bring back need to listen to them I pay an other 16:47 dollar 💵 to buy a food again that you can't replace it for me . I won't be back to you guys. I think you loose your customer for good.

  I Visited Thai Express today around 12:30 PM and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient (especially the one at the front) despite the lunch rush, and my order was prepared quickly. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—exactly what I was craving. Portions were generous and well worth the price. Overall, a solid lunch spot and I’d definitely come back again.
