  I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I paid for a Big Mac Chicken meal with large fries and a large Coca-Cola, and also redeemed my reward points for fries after asking staff for help. The employee’s instructions were confusing, and when I tried to correct the mistake, the staff at the pickup window were not helpful and refused to resolve it properly. In the end, I only received one fries, but my reward points were still deducted with no benefit. Poor customer service and frustrating handling of a simple issue.

  Pop machine shut off and not for others to use Most McDonald's offered coffee refilled but not here. Apparently this place still run like pandemic time. Very strange. Not coming back for sure. Bad vibes 🤒

  First time coming here & the last.. the garbages were overflowing, you couldn’t do a refill cause the machine wasn’t working, the bathrooms had no toilet paper in both men’s & women’s, men’s had plastic over the urinal & someone peed on it.. so that was disgusting. Food was okay, workers were okay, 10/10 don’t recommend

  We love junior chicken so, we ordered some of them. But the quality of food was very poor this time than usual. I got just one burger perfect. Rest were really awful. Some were smelling really bad, oil was like overused. Some burgers were cold. Overall, food was not good at all. Not fresh nor delicious. We had to throw some of them. Really disappointed.

  This is one of the worst mcd restaurant in calgary. Worst service, soggy buns, poor quality food is severed. All my family got food poisoning last week because we ate meal here.
