  Oh man, I don't normally leave reviews. And I know it's just a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things. I think the staff needs more training. The drive-thru is a disorganized muddle of chaos every time I go through. I usually order a large coffe3 with two cream, and a sausage and egger, double sausage, no bun. (I don't eat bread). This is my go-to treat, and has been for many years. Never once has my order been correct, or prepared in a timely fashion. Just now, Sunday morning January 11th at 10:30 a.m., I waited 15 minutes overall for these two items... The bulk of that time waiting at the food window. Finally excited to get my breakfast, and I have two sausages, no egg and no cheese in my order. Definitely disappointed, actually, I'll be honest, I was feeling a bit of anger. You could see numerous staff scurrying around in the back avoiding eye contact, and clearly feeling high stress. When I pulled up to the drive-thru I noticed a car sitting in the reserved space, and by the time I left the window the reserved car had pulled around and gone back through the drive-thru clearly checking in on their order as well. These girls are trying their best, so I wonder if it is a lack of leadership or training that is allowing these deficiencies. I asked the young lady if she was having a bad morning, and she said oh hell yes, so I said I hope it gets better for you girl best of luck. Wish them the best, but I hope things get better.

  I was at McDonald's this morning at 6:00am. There was one truck in front of me and no other customers, not inside or out. The truck in front of me left and I ended up waiting for at least 15 or so minutes all together for my food and coffee. And when I finally ended up getting my food it was not even hot. There was another person behind me that ended up leaving because it was taking so long. I know how long an egg cooks or the microwave ready bacon, and it doesn't take that long. Even if it does I expect that breakfast sandwich and the hash brown to be fresh and hot not room temperature. It is also understandable if there are 6 customers but one other person and room temp food? I'm not impressed. This is not the first time that I had issues with my food this early in the morning. We have been there during the day and the food is usually hot and fresh, but in the mornings I have had different experiences.

  Stopped through this town. This is a review for coffee only. McDonald’s coffee is better than Tim Hortons. However please let tell your staff to either make a fresh pot when it’s ordered after lunch or advise that it’s not fresh and either don’t serve or make a fresh pot. I was in habit of asking but you miss 1 time and you get like warm hours old crap coffee.

  The food is always perfect, and everyone there is so kind and welcoming. When they make us wait, they even give us a free coupon, which is really thoughtful. They always have smiles on their faces, and you can feel how much they care. I love it there so much!

  I have eaten here three times and had issues three times. The first time was their first week of opening. I ordered a Big Mac meal and they forgot the fries. The second time, I ordered at the self serve terminal and select the option to pay at the counter. The store is empty of customers and staff are in the back. After about 10 minutes I go up to the counter, show them my receipt and ask if they are getting my order. She's "well you haven't paid for your order." No kidding, I'm waiting for it to come out. I pay and now she will make my order. It was a minimum of 15 minutes in an empty restaurant to get a fast food burger. The third time was today. I ordered a Big Mac Meal to go. Less than a minute later I'm driving home, reach in the bag for a fry and they are cold and lacking salt. As for the atmosphere, I find it cold and sterile. The restaurant has been clean for all 3 visits. There is no playroom for children, 1 till, self serve ordering and you can't see any of the kitchen action which was always fun to watch while waiting for the food. It can only get better.
