Every time I’ve come to this McDonald’s, the drive-thru wait has been over 20 minutes, which seems excessive for fast food. On top of that, my order is usually wrong when I finally receive it. It’s frustrating to wait that long only to have to check and fix the order afterward. Unfortunately, this has consistently been my experience, and it’s honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to!
Mcdonald's is Mcdonald's but I will say this is a really good location those game table things where you can play 1o-15 different games is really cool i do not think they are cheap though I think if we give it more time the working will get better at what they are doing and mabye we won't end up with burnt coffee again

My trip to McDonald's felt less like fast food and more like a low-budget endurance test.
First came the 15-minute crawl through the drive-thru, after which they told me to pull ahead to the mysterious third window to wait. Apparently that window doubles as a customer storage area, because once parked there I was completely forgotten about. Nothing quite says “service” like sitting in your car wondering if the staff went on break, changed shifts, or simply decided I’d become part of the landscape.
When the food finally appeared, the order itself was technically correct—but the eggs came with a generous sprinkle of eggshell. Because if you’re going to wait forever for breakfast, you might as well get the authentic “just fell out of the chicken” texture too.
Slow, careless, and somehow proud of it. If this place moved any slower, they’d need to start issuing parking permits for the drive-thru line.

Ordered a double Big Mac with a poutine and 10 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and a large drink.
They forget the fork for my poutine, no sauce was in the bag and no napkins.
I’m surprised they remembered to put a straw in the bag for my drink! My service was fast didn’t wait long but
Definitely the most laziest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
After waiting 15 minutes after being asked to park while they "cooked" fresh food, we were served uncooked chicken. After a long day of caring for a newborn, and eating dinner in the dark while watching TV, my wife noticed the raw chicken almost half way through eating it.
We spoke with the manager the same evening who refunded the order and gave us a few coupons for free burgers (as if that's what we want anytime soon...). My wife asked the manager if someone would call her the next day to follow-up (you'd think this would be done regardless considering the seriousness) but no one did. As a result, my wife got food poisoning/GI issues that overnight period and into the next day. I had to take the day off work to take care of our newborn and so that she could recover/attend the doctor's office for follow-up.
Although the systems are meant to be dummy proof, mistakes happen...but the poor response to this incident is what makes it even worse.
