It’s not rocket science, right? Well, after a slightly longer wait than expected (no biggie, maybe they were crafting my meal with extra love), I get to the window. I ask the lady, “Hey, is there ketchup in the bag?” She looks me dead in the eyes, like she’s swearing an oath, and says, “Yes, there is.” I trusted her. I believed in the ketchup promise. Spoiler alert: There was no ketchup. None. Nada. I had to do the walk of condiment shame into the restaurant to retrieve the sacred tomato sauce myself. Meanwhile, the drink tasted like it had been through a water balloon fight and lost. It was like someone took pop and said, “Let’s see how much water we can add before this tastes like a childhood prank.” And the real kicker?
